Feeling guilty or want to clear something off your chest?
In a confession session I typically sit with someone as they share to unburden any secret thoughts, feelings, and actions that have in a confidential setting. My confidentiality is often described as being "vault-like," emphasizing that the information shared is kept safe and protected.
While I encourage individuals to speak openly about anything on their hearts, there are times when the situation may go beyond my legal bounds. If someone confesses to a serious crime or reveals intentions to commit an illegal act, I may be legally and ethically obligated to report it. This means that while I honour the sanctity of the confession session, there are boundaries when it comes to protecting others or adhering to the law.
The purpose of these sessions is always to unburden the soul, offer understanding, foster healing, and help guide the person toward a path of positive change, all within the safety of confidentiality.

Metanoia Mystics
Empowering Women’s Spiritual Leadership and Encouraging Courageous Leaders (think Joan of Arc).
Metanoia Mystics is a sacred community where women come together weekly to explore their spiritual path, deepen their connection to embrace spiritual leadership and support one another on the journey of inner transformation.
Each gathering offers time for group prayer, shared wisdom, personal reflection, permission to explore the most sacred parts of themselves and the practice of spiritual tools that help us align with the rhythms of the cosmos and divine guidance.
In addition to the above at an extra cost, twice a year, the group holds transformative retreats designed to provide a deeper immersion into spiritual growth. These retreats offer a sacred space for renewal, reflection, and healing, helping women reconnect with their divine power and cosmic cycles.
